VoltzPay (https://voltzpay.co) provides payment infrastructure for merchants and operators. This notice applies to our public marketing website and sales contact flows. Product terms for onboarded merchants are set out in your commercial agreement and dashboard policies.
What we collect
- Contact enquiries: name, company, work email, optional checkout model selection, and message content when you use the contact form or email us directly.
- Technical data: standard server and analytics logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) when you browse this site.
- Preferences: theme choice stored locally in your browser when you toggle light or dark mode.
We do not offer public self-serve registration on this site. Payment processing data for live merchants is handled under separate product agreements and is not covered by this marketing notice.
How we use information

- Operate, secure, and improve the marketing website.
- Meet legal, regulatory, and audit obligations where applicable.
